Hi Poppet, Well were do I start? We had your Japenese themed night as I promised, it was a great success we managed to raise £2,300. The girls from dancing gave me £600 towards it, as they still have a halloween disco for you. I always get a lovely letter from Graeme on the ward of southern general, he is so amazed that we still want to thank them for all that they did for you in the short time that you were in, I just want them to know that we will be eternally grateful for the care that they gave you. It was lovely to have Stuart back up, he misses you as much as we do. It is such an emotional night but it's so comforting to see all your friends who want to come & honour your wonderful life. Kirstin was really upset as she's getting married in May & she would have loved you to be there. Went down for Laura's 21st It was great, just can't believe that all our babies are blossoming into lovely young adults. Now another Christmas!!uaagh! no sparkle left in our lives anymore! I avoid the shops as can't bare to see all the mothers & daughters shopping together, I watch them & wish I still had you running me ragged round Braehead till midnight and your dad wondering why we where so late? shop till you drop was your motto! I've put up my tree & filled it with all our memories. Do you know I never realised that everything thing you do leaves its mark, until your not there you don't really appreciate it, and that's the one thing Jayne that you'll never know how many lovely lasting memories that you gave to so many people, it really does help us to be reminded of the special girl that you are!! Stuart is coming tomorrow to stay for a few days which I love, we are going out for lunch with Lynn, so will be nice to catch up with her. Then he's going out to dinner with Lauren & Kirsten at night, It's so nice to see him but when he goes away he takes another wee bit of my broken heart. He misses you & his life will never be the same, as he said it's all too quiet without you, no more dinner parties & cook offs that you loved to do with each other. I'm so glad that he still wants to keep intouch & he does enjoy being back in amongst all the family. Can't wait for Gary & Cat's baby to arrive! as we need a new wee life to love & cherish. Hope it's a girl I've had my eye on a few pink dresses! just like the ones i used to get for you. Nobody will ever know how special you were to us & we wouldn't change it for the world. If life didn't change there would be no butterflies! & you were the most gorgeous of all!!! sleep tight my angel. xx
